LATE CHARGES AND INTEREST: The District does not bill. Monthly rent is always due on the first day of each month and a late charge is assessed on the balance due as follows if not paid on or before the 10th of the month. Interest is applied at the end of the month on the balance due.

If your account balance is $ .01 to $ 50.00, the late charge is $ 5.00.
If your account balance is $ 50.01 to $ 100.00, the late charge is $ 10.00.
If your account balance is over $ 100.01, the late charge is $ 15.00.
Interest is applied at 1% per month on the balance due.
